How to protect yourself!

Ok, so there is ALOT of stuff happening on the internet now days. And 
alot of shit is happening to people. They are getting Java Drive-byed, 
Trojaned, Social Engineered, hacked from their root, their internet is 
being DDoSed, or their website was hacked/defaced. I don't know much 
about hacking websites, and nether less protecting them, but I can help 
you protect your computer. 


Too Protect against Malware/Trojans:




Don't download/run anything suspicious.
If something pops up saying shit like "Windows update" and it is in like AppData and doesn't say the company
Windows, run a virus scan/take your computer to best buy.
Don't run .mp3 or .jpeg you download either, they can be disguised, when they really are .exe .
Use a virus scanner online, or you can buy really good scanners that come along with other stuff (I have one)
Use Common Sense

How to protect yourself from Java DriveBys:

Don't go to untrusted/Unknown websites
Don't Run java on untrusted/unknown websites
Don't play random shitty games on websites
Don't go to many random shitty websites (Some drivebys can bypass the "Do you want to run java?" thing)
Use Common Sense

How to protect yourself from DDoS attacks:

Don't give out your IP
Don't give out your Skype (It can be traced)
Use a VPN (You can buy good ones at http://www.nVPN.com, I use them)
Don't call people in skype (That can be traced too)
Don't join random servers (Even game servers like minecraft) because they can trace your IP right when you join
Don't go to random websites (They can check logs)
Don't open random links (Called an IP Grabber) (Yes, even bit.ly/goo.gl/Adf.ly/spam can lead to an IP Grabber)
